Do you have a calls only plan?Yes, if you simply want to save on your calls we can simply route all of your calls through our digital network. You will also have the benefit of using our unique online account management, this will put you in total control of your usage by extension.
Do I have to buy new equipment?In order to benefit from all the functionality of our network we recommend that you use our equipment. However with TELNET you do not buy anything, the equipment is included within the monthly rental, so you have no capital outlay.
What if I need to upgrade?We will advise you on exactly what you need to do. Once you have placed your order with TELNET we will take care of the rest. The quotation that you will get from TELNET will cover all costs including any upgrades that you may require.
How do I manage the system online?Our online account management system is very simple to use. We will provide you with a website address, a username and password. Once you access your online account you will be amazed how simple it really is to navigate around the various aspects of your account. Upon installation our expert Technicians will also give you a demonstration on how to use your online account as well as answer any questions.
